Penne with Corn, Roasted Poblanos, Avocado and Tomato

If you're anything like me, you've got a ton of CSA or farmer's market veggies in the fridge that you need to use up. And while it's still warm enough to do so, I felt like doing a pasta salad tonight.

I made that and it was darn good. I was surprised at how much flavor was in it. It doesn't keep well, though, which is a bummer, since the recipe makes a huge quantity.
