I Need CAKE
Hiya.
We're having a fundraiser for work in about a month. It'll combine the World's Biggest Coffee Morning for Macmillan Cancer Support and Jeans for Genes. We'll have various events during the day, but it'll definitely feature a Bring and Buy Cake table, for people to buy a portion of cake to have with their morning coffee.
There's also a competition, before they start selling the cakes, for the best one (portions of the winners will be sold at a much higher price).
We can bring fullsize cakes, traybakes, brownies, cookies, kisses etc. - anything that can be plated or portioned, and eaten with fingers at a desk. But I'll have to make it at least the night before, and be able to transport it in a car to work, with little or no facilities at work for frosting/icing/decorating, or keeping something cold. It should keep fresh out on a table in an office for about 4 - 6 hours.
