Baba Ghanouj
Anyone have a good recipe for Baba Ghanouj? My Lebanese neighbours used to make it - it's an eggplant/garlic dip and it's kinda of smoky tasting, and soooo good. I think the name translates to 'spoiled daddy' or something to that effect. Appropriate for father's day, no?
