Thanks to everyone who answered my questions about edible flowers last time--I didn't expect so many great thoughts and comments!
Here is a recipe I did for brunch today where I used both lavender buds and rosewater to good effect.
I also got to experiment with King Arthur Flour's White Whole Wheat flour, which is made from white winter wheat instead of red winter wheat, like most whole wheat flours. It has a milder flavor and finer texture, so it is supposed to be great in baked goods for boosting nutrition, while not sacrificing flavor or texture.
It sure worked great in these pancakes, so I am happy!
