Well, I've been lurking around here and throwing out the occasional comment long enough. This looks like the right place to be, and I've got a question for you all.
I've had a three-pound package of beef short ribs in my freezer for a while now, and I need to do something with them. All of the recipes I find call for larger quantities. I've never cooked these before. Does anyone have any suggestions??
