I really like your cocktail shot, although the lime(?) slice is a bit overexposed.
The quiche sounds yummy as well.

I also love the cosmo shot! The over exposure doesn't bother me as much as it just looks like not such a nice lime (on second thought, maybe it's *because* of the overexposure). But that's just being picky 'cause I love the picture, it's fun and glamorous! Where in Arizona are you? I'm here too!

On vacation this past summer, my partner and I had the most phenomenal Raspberry hard Lemonades at the Weber Grill Restaurant in Chicago. After returning home, we attempted to recreate them which not only resulted in me being more than a little "tipsy," but also a batch of the best raspberry flavored brownies I've ever had. Now if only I remembered how I made them, it'd be great!!!

maybe you should contact the restaurant.....here is a link :

http://www.webergrillrestaurant.com/about/contactus.html

a LOT of times restaurants will give our recipes for a sentiment.....you should get that recipe and recreate that night....

but PLEASE write it down this time ;)

The waiter told us the ingredients, they just wouldn't tell us the portions (we asked). We've actually talked about visiting Chicago again specifically for the purpose of a visit to Weber's for the drinks!!!

If I figure out how I made the brownies, I'll be sure to write it down. I know it involved one of those raspberry chocolate "oranges." The ones where you hit it on the table for it to break apart.
