I made them!


They were so easy! I used this recipe, since the process seemed a good match to the methods for using the du Monde mix. Many of the other recipes were similar to cream puffs; others had to rise a while. I think I'll bump up the sugar and vanilla just a little. When I'm not specifically aiming for traditional, I'm going to add some orange zest.




Before cooking...I was nervous so was sloppy with the cutting.
