Intro Post
Hi, my name is Peter, and I am working on being accepted to The Art Institute of Seattle, for a Degree in Culinary Arts.
I have an interest in both food, and in fiction, and typically write things based in and around the unseen world of the restaurant industry. Between myself and my friends, if your looking for how things would work in a restaurant I can probably answer them, or find someone who can. Restaurants and food fiction in general works quite nicely because you can tell almost any story you want to through that medium. If I can't answer your questions.... I will help you research them and we'll both learn together.
