Kenjo

This afternoon I went to Kenjo for lunch.

Kenjo is well known for its top quality sushi. It is one of my listed restaurants ... something like "I must try before I die ..." ha ha ...

I chose the sushi lunch set, which I could pick 8 different type of sushi plus a hand roll.

So I chose:
hirame
tai
aji
hamachi
toro
uni
unagi
yellow fish
tuna roll

To be honest, I have no idea what the fishes look like. I got really confused at the end. BUT as long as they taste good, I didn't really care.

The sushi was fresh and tasty. The lunch set also included miso soup, Chawan Mushi and ice-cream/coffee. The cost? Only $160 HKD + 10% service charge.

With this quality, I think it is well worth the price. It is highly recommended for its good value lunch set. However, if you choose to come at night, please be prepared the price could be $1000+ for each guest.

Btw, its menu is in Japanese and English only. However, sometimes the English translation doesn't quite explain what it is. It is best to get the waitress to translate for you (in Cantonese). Don't be shy, it's no big deal that one doesn't understand a foreign language!
