The box has been delivered!
The service is really good.
This morning the company gave me a call, asking me for permission to deliver the box to me today. He even told me they would get to my place before 12 noon, so I didn't have to wait from 9 - 6pm!
Then they called me again when they were on their way to my place and they got here in less than half an hour!
I am really surprised. The service is just too good to believe. Very reliable and very efficient!
I've got the box out now and I have followed the instructions. I must admit I don't quite get what it is doing. At first it got to the right humidity level, and once I turned it down, it shot up to over 80%, which is too much for photography equipment! Lucky I have not put in anything yet. I will observe for a night or two to see what it is doing first!
I just want to say this morning's superb delivery service should be like that anywhere anytime! 這就是今時今日應有的服務態度!!! This is what I called Customer First, 5-star service!
