Are you more childlike or childish?

I've been told I can be childish when someone pushes my buttons the right way. I have very little patience once people really start to get on my nerves. During my time on the X-Files, perhaps because my nerves were on high alert to begin with, a lot of people pushed my buttons and a few of them got snapped at. I also know all of them deserved it.

Monica Reyes and I never saw eye to eye on almost everything and that was well before we began to work on the X-Files together. She and I are just two totally different people, and frankly she gets a little too cute with things for my taste. I know I snapped at her a lot, and we argued sometimes, and there was a time or two I wanted to hit her. When it comes down to it, though, she's a good person and we were on the same side. We'll just never really get along because we just are two completely different people.

Deputy Director Kersh...do I really need to give an explanation for Kersh? After everything he put me and John through and everything he said to and about us? I give him some credit for helping us at the end, but it doesn't do much to erase the years of lies, double-crossing and backstabbing. It really doesn't.

Disturbingly, all the people I really didn't like were all the ones who turned out to be alien super soldiers. I'm not kidding; it started to become a running joke that I had some sort of sixth sense for them. Shannon McMahon, Gene Crane and Knowle Rohrer -- all of them drove me nuts, and all of them were super soldiers who fucked with us in their own way. Thankfully two of them are dead. Knowle and I are trying to make peace with each other if only because we have to. He and I were always going at it, but we always tried to get along because we had John in the middle. John had to break up a lot of childish fights between us. Knowle was never above a cheap shot and I was never above responding to one. In fact he still likes calling me short.

You can see why I'm kind of childish sometimes.
