big changes
I am happy to announce that Ryan and I put down an offer on the house today that will soon be our home. :D
We have been tossing around the idea of getting a house for a while now and when we were talking about it after the new year staretd we decided that we were in a good position to buy and with the way the market is right now that there was no better time for us to look at buying. The pros outweighed the cons. While we are eventually looking to move to NOVA in the future, we also want to be able to make the move with some equity and buying power, not just our potential salaries. We are also looking to get a return on this house.
The idea of renting has gotten old. the idea that at the end of a period of renting a place, if you ask yourself, what did you get out this besides a place to stay for a while?

Today while on our hunt we came across a house that we simply could not pass up. It is absolutely beautiful!
