(no subject)
So I'm just about to leave for work at 11:45 when I look on the deck and see that the hot tub cover has been blown off and the snaps have been ripped off by last night's wind. The hot tub is at a cool 77 degrees. So I bring the cover back to the hot tub, clean it, then figure out a temporary way to secure it... all in the pouring rain. I finally try to leave the house at 12:20 only to find that the ground has become super mushy and I'm sinking in it just walking to my car... shit. Half an hour and a dozen attempts to put things under the tires and whatnot later, I make it out. After stopping back in the house to clean up, I finally leave the house. My clutch was hardcore dying BEFORE this... I'm surprised I even got to work. Wtf Monday???
