Day of rest today, so jauntily set off on the tour bus to see old Poznan (apparently the birthplace of Poland and Polish Catholicism). So far so good.

  • Twin-spired cathedral, check.
  • Town hall with strange Masonic symbols fruity enough to get Dan Brown out of his writer's block, check.

    Fun and worrying and exhausting and disturbing, but yes, fun is part of it.

    The Masonic Collection at the University of PoznanThe Library of the University of Poznan possess an exceptional collection of Masonic books amounting to about 80,000 volumes. This collection was originally formed during World War II when Heinrich Himmler's SS under the Nazi regime in Germany confiscated the libraries of Masonic libraries in Germany, and stored this archive in Poland.
