I've been having foot problems for about a year and a half. At the end of last July, I had surgery on my left foot.  However, that wasn't the end of the pain. It's surgery time again. This time it's my left foot for a Morton's neurectomy. In short, it involves cutting out the scarred, inflamed nerve that serves my third and fourth toes.

I've had enough of pain.

I went to the emergency room this morning. I've been feeling bad since election day -- pain in my back and side and general weakness. My doctor ruled out kidney stones on Thursday, but I was still in enough pain to scare me this morning so I went to the emergency room.
