 Basic Information --- Writers

Good luck all you wonderful writers! You will have five months to complete a first draft, and an additional sixth month to edit your story. During this process, you may also pair up/may be paired up with an artist.

Need a cheerleader/motivator/beta-reader? I'll do my best to help you find one!

Dates

Writer sign-ups are now OPEN. Sign-ups will remain OPEN until October 1, 2009. 
Your first draft (title, summary, and story) must be completed by February 1 , 2010. 
Your final draft must be completed by March 1, 2010.

I will grant extensions on a situational basis. I know how busy life can get, so don't worry.

Rules

1. Stories/Drabble collections must have a minimum of 15,000 words. If you have more, we'll enthusiastically squish you. Poetry collections must have a minimum of 15 poems. 
2. We accept AUs. 
3. Stories can include gen, slash, or het. 
4. You must have a beta-reader. If you do not, I can help you find one. 
5. Stories that you've already started are acceptable only if you have less than 1,000 words already posted, and if you agree to write an additional 15,000 words. More details are in the GATE link above.
