Three months ago, started playing with Craig again. We jammed with this kid from Methuen. He didn't work out, for obvious reasons.

Two months and 3 weeks ago, Craig found some kid from Detroit, Michigan who moved to Boston for the music scene. Tim plays guitar and sings like a motherfucker. In 5 practices, spanning 2 and a half weeks, we had 3 finished and 2 skeletal songs. Craig called me up and told me he wasn't sure he could do the band. He explained that he had two other projects he was interested in and work was killing him as well. I told him that Tim and I would probably start looking for a new drummer then, in case he couldn't be in our band and because we wanted to be able to count that if we started a band, everyone would be able to be counted on
The night after that discussion, Tim and I got together and started writing another song. Craig showed up with 20 minutes left (we have to stop at 9). He jumped on his drums and started playing to the song Tim and I were working on. We went upstairs and outside with him. As Tim and Craig grappled with their nicotine addictions, Craig went on to say that he "was trying to do to much and that he realized he just had to make his life simpler. So he chose to cut back his other musical endeavours and play with us".

Two months pass, playing 2-3 times a week. Writing songs and getting shit done and tight.

Craig calls.

Hello?

"Uhhh ya, um I think I'm gonna have to get you guys a new drummer."

Huh? you said that too fast, say again...

"Uhhh ya, um I think I'm gonna have to get you and Tim a new drummer. That other band I was interested in two months ago just got a sick guitarist and I'm..."

Craig you did this two months ago. You made a decision then, and we were counting on you.

bla bla bla

I found out from a friend that Craig and I had a "disagreement"

I've been asked repeatedly why I "kicked Craig out because he wanted to be in two bands"

I didn't.
