I am ready to let go of the joy and sorrow, the hope and despair and my feelings of inadequacy. it consumes too much when i let it, and most of the time, its all irrelevant anyways. i guess it took me being honest with feelings i never expessed to really be ready to let them go

I don't know whether joy and sorrow are ever worth letting go of, but I do know this: inadequacy is no challenge of yours. You accomplish so much -- maybe too much, if your path has been anything like mine -- but you do it all with some measure of grace, and still end the day stronger. That's what I call powerful.

Thank you Miles. Although I must say that I don't feel so graceful in this particular situation. And I think, in certain situations, some joy and sorrow, or the people that you let bring that to you, are maybe not easy to let go, and i may not want to, but in this case, I think it might be for the better.
