I'm a homeowner!

As of yesterday at around 2:30PM, July 13, I am a homeowner! I OWN a cute little house in Southeast Austin. I really can’t freakin’ believe it! I live 3 miles from my work, about 1 mile from my brother Eric, and just down the street, practically, from my great friends (and new homeowners themselves) J and Eric #2. I also can’t believe my mortgage payments being so low. I thought there was something wrong with my loan while I was signing everything and I kind of freaked out during the closing. I had to run to the bathroom and jibber-jab with my bf Pati, “OMG! Pati they are giving me a house, what is WRONG with them??” and Pati tells me, “Aaron just calm down and get back in there and sign the rest of that paperwork, you should be HAPPY”. Well, she’s dating my little bro Eric, and he was there when she got off the phone with me, so Eric asks her what’s going on did i lose the house or what?, and when she tells him what I was saying he laughed and laughed. Then he tells her that I will probably freak out all day, then later on I’ll be brushing my teeth or something and I will instantly get over it. “*snap* Oh. Okay. I’m good. Carry on....” It freaks me out that my brother knows me so well; he’s a really smart guy.
So I will be hosting a housewarming weekend in August and you are all invited. So stay tuned.
