To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.

I have sadly neglected my blog... my bad. But on the upside, I finish college this December! *hurrah* \(^_^)/ I could honestly say it has been a labour of love because I only make an effort for things/people/causes that I care about. And it's not because I'm lazy (not really), but because those are the efforts that are worth it.

I do miss blogging. There had been a gajillion things that have happpened and still happening that I don't even know where to begin... as always the case when I do blog. Like when I have quit my job of 10 years to finish my school and finally become a nurse. I had no regrets leaving the place, except that I have also left Mr. BT. He will always have a special little corner in the back of my mind....waaaay back. But it's time to move on.

I am now finishing up my pregrad clinicals at a hospital and absolutely love it there. Everyday that I am there I know that this is the job for me. This is what I want to do for as long as I am able to. Everyone I work with are such interesting characters. It's never ever boring. Challenging? Yes. Stressful? Maybe. But never boring. It may sound selfish, but I go home every day feeling good because I know I did something good for someone else.

The highlight of my day is when I get to work with a particular someone. I'll call him Mr. PT. He's really nice. And he's kinda cute. He's a gentleman and courteous towards his coworkers and all of his patients, and THAT is a big brownie point. There's not a lot of guys who could genuinely have a caring attitude, especially with challenging patients and sometimes-even-more-challenging coworkers. When guys try to fake it, it's so obvious most of the time. Well, enough about him. He just brightens my day. Nothing more, nothing less. *blush*

What else have I been up to? I've been biking a bit. I ♥ my bike. I think it's the most elegant thing on two wheels. It does need some work, considering its a vintage 1950s Victorian CCM ladies cruiser. But I love it to bits. It's great even when you're wearing a skirt!

You'd usually find me strolling in Port Credit in Mississauga. I really luv it there, so does my little dog. The little downtown, the beach, and it's close proximity to a hospital I'm hoping to work at makes it my number 1 place to live in.

But no definite decisions. It's just a big possiblity. Anyone looking for a roomate?
