house hunting, continued
so we've still got the offer in on the Big Red House (tm), and we've pulled a couple offers off of other houses (and got one snatched out from under us), but the one we're really excited about is a house near the intersection of Roswell and 51st. Let that one sink in for a minute if it didn't hit you at first. Anyway the house is huge, in good condition, and only has one major flaw, which is totally fixable and shouldn't disqualify us for federal assistance (yay VA loan) to buy it.

There was another house that i was pretty happy with, but Sarah didn't like it, so it's on the back burner. Meh.
