The knitting proceeds. I finally finished the four-square mitered tote from Bags - a Knitter's dozen. Here are some pics from the process.

Here it is with all 8 squares sewn together for the 2 sides, and the beginning of attaching the gusset.

Although I don't think my blog will ever become exclusively devoted to my crafts, yarn or otherwise, I certainly have found a new inspiration in blogging my knitting. And the reason is obvious: when I make something, it's an accomplishment I can talk about without the issue of trying to figure out how much personal detail to include. After deciding to abandon the cardigan so I could take the needles from it and use them for a better project, I went and got said cardigan. It looked far more interesting and pretty than I remember.
