I present my first tohma seguchi icon!!
I decided I needed to post, and I've been meaning to write an actual post for a while (like I've been saying) and then I made this Tohma Seguchi icon and therefore had to post because I needed to display it right away. It's been a while that I've had these nice pictures of Tohma saved on my computer, and I made the bases, but I couldn't think of anything to *do* with them, and then yesterday I had this serge of creativity and came up with this, and a couple others which I haven't totally decided I like and therefore haven't added to my icons yet. Anyway, I'm totally loving the IY image songs (thank you Jennie!). I listened to the Kagome one "Tatta Hitotsu no Yakusoku" about three or four times in a row, and now I'm having fun listening to the Bankotsu and Jankotsu song as seen in my "music" of this post. Of course adding to my enjoyment of this song is the fact that Jankotsu's seiyuu, Orikasa Ai also is Tohma's seiyuu...Yes, I am slightly obsessed...
Moving on, stressful week, been very um...unstable lately, this as something to do with my figuring out that despite people being older in grad school, and their being *seemingly* more interested in the subject matter, that doesn't mean they're any more mature than people in college were. I also, once again realized I put too much trust in a professor who turned out to be a total jerk and I had to drop his class. I also was reminded how much my dad doesn't understand me. This isn't to say though that this week has been terrible, there have been good parts, and I'm very thankful for those, but this weekend I'm trying to relax and get myself back together, in part by do nothing about school (main cause of my stress). That's easier said than done of course. I've been finding that no matter how much sleep I get I still wake up tired, which can't be a good sign, and I am starting to wonder if maybe my iron is low, or something like that? I believe that can make you feel like that. I'm also not feeling all that productive in terms of writing or drawing anything. I did watch the start of the second season of Kaleido Star this week and was reminded how much I love that show. As I've said before, despite my dislike of circuses, it really does remind me more so of my years in ballet and theatre, and that just makes me really happy to watch. I wonder when the next volume comes out on DVD? Oh! and I started watching "Bride and Prejudice" the Bollywood musical version of Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" which is so far very very well done and entertaining. I'd never seen a Bollywood movie before, and it kinda has an almost Disney musical style to it.
In stamping news, I still need votes in the following communities: 1stximpressions, balamb_rating, clamp_rating, ct_rating (chrono trigger), destinytobe (CCS), evo_ratings (X-Men: Evolution), mb_ratings (Marmalade Boy), nerima_rating (Ranma 1/2), ruroken_ratings, shaman_ratings, and starlightheaven (Jem!). Wow...didn't realize there were so many...lol. I love joining these places though and voting on other people, it's fun ^.^ !
