Doctor Who poster mash-up
Okay, so on the Empire movie website they do this thing called poster mash up where they mix up things with movie posters for amusing results. And their latest one was Doctor Who. Most were so-so, but a few gave me a giggle. One, entitled "Cyberman on Wire" amused me far more than it should have, but the best (to me) was this:
Oh come on, I can't be the only one who thinks this film would be hilarious? All the Doctor's pulling off a heist? Funny? No? Okay then just me.
This one comes in a close second though:
They'd be alien assassins of course, but I just think it looks cool.
Now, in these things they always always have a WALL-E one for some reason. I guess it's easy to mash up. And the one they used on the main site was AM-E with WALL-E dressed in Amy's police uniform and ginger hair, but there was one in the forum thread for this which I thought was much better for totally not biased reasons.
I just think it fits on a level which goes beyond a cute pun.
I was gonna do a little meme thing, but unfortunately couldn't come up with the right people for the list. I really really really suck at those. I've been sitting on a bunch from thewaterbandit and ocelott for ages. Urgh.
Anyways, I've actually tidied my room and thrown stuff away. So I can actually stand being in my room now, which is good. As soon as the last stuff is sorted out I might move round the furniture a bit.
Anyways, I think I'll leave you guys with a random music video by my favourite band, Metric. Bandit actually introduced me to these guys I think, and this is also I'm pretty sure the first song by them that I heard. Enjoy.
