Two miles people! Two stinkin' miles....and I was so excited and so HOT, I decided to run from my apartment building to my mailbox to cool off! Man, that felt good. Then I had my cool down by walking from my mailbox around my apartment complex and back to my apartment building. It was much easier to do the one mile first..and I struggled with that second mile but I pushed through and I feel much better for it. Now, I'm gonna do some arm exercises and sit-ups and then take a hot bath, read my Bible, and sleep.

I'm so happy.
