Breakfast: Tea
Midmorning Snack: a few bites of oatmeal (again just oats & hot water)
Lunch: Sliced cucumber with itallian dressing and a small cup of cranberry juice (the container says 100% juice, so I hope I'm not cheating)and then a small glass of almond milk
Dinner: Banana and a small bowl of organic pomegranate and cherry granola with almond milk (i hope i'm not cheating with the granola either. i read the directions and it all looked like stuff i could have)
I had almond milk for the first time today. Very, very yummy. I think even after these 60 days are over I will switch over.
Still dragging and suffering from lack of caffeine headaches. Matt is too, so at least I'm not alone in suffering.
I have also decided that I do not like tea. I'm not a tea person. I like it every once in awhile but this forcing it to replace my lovely coffee (that i miss oh-so much) is not worth it. I'm just wasting it. I take a few sips and then I'm done. I'd rather drink water.
So ready to have my energy back. I know it will get easier. I feel like today we easier than yesterday.
I am also taking vitamin D, calcium, and B12 every day.

On a completely separate note,
i wanna new phone. a smart one. bc mine is kinda dumb.
watching a movie with matt and nate. hope everyone has a good Tuesday night.
