I finally got a commendation!!!
Well, not quite a special one. You see, a commendation is when someone calls in, or emails a nice thing that you did or something. You get to see it, and you get a pat on the back from your base chief, and it goes in your file. I have strived to get one for the last year and a half, and I finally got one. Unfortunately, it wasn't anything special.
Apparently, I had a King County Auditor on my bus on October 10, who was secretly onboard to make sure I was calling out all the required stops. Luckily, I called out 100% of my stops. You get written up if you did less than 75%, but if you get 100%, you get a commendation.
So there you have it. Still no special "atta-girl" from a passenger I dazzled. I am so nice to them, and they don't even care!!!!!!! AAAAAAHHHHH!
Oh, and in sad news: My iPod (which I JUST BOUGHT!) is apparently dead. I'm taking it to the Apple store today. Hopefully they can fix it, or replace it, because I *JUST* BOUGHT IT! It should still be under warranty or something.
