(no subject)
I hope everyone had a lovely day off (if you're in the US) and celebrations for the 4th. I was at a friend from Labyrinth's house for a big bash with hot dogs and video games and flinging water balloons everywhere and watching fireworks on the roof and it was fun. M came too, and I got to meet and remeet lots of people that are my friend's friends. Fun fun.
Now I am waiting not very patiently for Younger Sister to get back from Trader Joe's, because she has my LUNCH. FOOOOOOD. *grabbyhands* Then M is coming over and we are going for a walk, most likely, and tonight watching (at the very least) Blood Diamond, because I have Netflixed it so dammit, watched it must be. Maybe we'll sneak in some Arsenic and Old Lace too, because I've borrowed that from the library and haven't watched it yet. Oops.
Summer camp is going well; the kids are nice, so now I need to finish the rest of my lesson plans for the rest of camp (4 weeks!) so I can turn them in on Monday. But the people I work with are awesome, and the little kids all think I'm the coolest thing ever. So good times. And Monday? There's a BUBBLE MAN coming, who can make bubbles big enough that a kid can fit in them. SO. COOL.
Now I would read my Spenser mystery novel, if I could find it. Clearly, need to clean my room again. *sigh*
