055: This isn't what I expected but I will take it.
Zaxby's hasn't called me back about the background check but Tuesday morning walmart called me in for an interview
2 hours later, I go and take my drug test. The manager called me while I was in the drug test place telling me to call her Thursday
so I gave Zaxby's today to call me...they haven't. So I'm going with wal mart.

~*~ Day 03 - Your parents ~*~
Hahaha oh boy. My parents are named Lisa and Max. They were born and raised in Michigan and a few years before having me, they moved down here, to Atlanta. They were never married traditionally (you know, like common law lololol) and they are now completely separated as of 1999. I still don't know much about their relationship; like their mindsets at the time, but they told me they were once quite happy, even with me and my sisters, and that my mom was just tired of my dad's bullshit XD
My mom is a medical tech/basically a nurse because all the ones my mom works with are lazy, stuck-up bitches, at two hospitals and my dad is an assistant manager at Publix in the meat department. My mom's passion is working in the hospital and my dad's passion is meat (it's true, you should see how he goes on and on about different cuts of beef haha)
They may not be rich but just the fact that they are doing something they have a personal interest in, for a living, really gives me hope that I will succeed in my desire to be a librarian one day.
I live with my mom, and my dad lives with another woman, stupid young thing but I don't care, with 3 other children he had with her. Every now and then we'll see him, and he's like so depressing; he knows he's fucked up his life pretty bad; he once had a woman who loved him and their children, and still was willing to be with him even after he'd cheated on her a couple of times.
His childhood is also messed him up a bit; he lived to please his father, but he believes he's failed and the only things he finds peace in is sharing his father's religion (Islam), ranting to his children about Islam, and drinking :/
On the other hand, my mom hasn't dated anyone since then and pretty much dedicates her life to keeping us fed and with a house; I'm always thankful for her, except for my sisters which really pisses me off and is probably what led to the gap me and my siblings have now but whatever.
And those are my parents; they aren't perfect and me and my siblings were probably mistakes but they fought for us, to take care of us and even though there were times when they really dun goofted, I wouldn't want my parents to be anyone else.
