Pivot
Every so often I get this weird feeling in my body. It's happening now, and I finally thought of a way to describe it. It feels like the world is pivoting around a point that is somewhere in my head, like between my ears or a little inward from the base of my skull. My collar bone, shoulders and forehead feel it most, because these are the edges of me that touch where the turn is fastest. Just now it felt like a forward and downward pressure on my forehead, and backward on my collarbones. Everything around me feels blurry or in motion for a few seconds while it happens, but now it feels normal again. Does this happen to anyone else?
