May 14, 1939: A 5-Year-Old Becomes Youngest Mother on Record

Just finished the Scavenger Hunt for the Fort. We went from the monument in the East End to Mission Marsh, couldn't figure out a clue there so joined with another team and skipped to the Brodie Library (one team member from the other team was a replacement who had written one of the clues, so she knew it went to Frankenstein by Mary Shelley), then to the Emergency bay at McKellar, Vickers Park, the International Friendship Gardens, Churchill, the LU Med School, and the LU Library. There the trail went cold, so we were sent to the Safeway, where we lost the trail again, went to the other Safeway and the Prospector (the clue was you're hungry so stock up of some ground pemmican safely, and the Prospector used to be a bank). Called again for help. We told that a Jane Austen novel had been turned into a play, and not to be a block head. We missed that one, went to Magnus and all the churches in the area to try to find stautes. We ended up at Saint Anthony's, and gave up. The other team had just beat us anyway. So now I'm DEAD. It was fun though, until we started getting lost. I bought chocolate covered dried cherries and they were our solid fortitude (as opposed to liquid fortitude).

wtf, the fort
