Last Day
First period I got Dougals to pose for a picture with me wearing a Rostafarian hat and looking stoned. The next four periods were pretty blah until me, Catherine, Courtney, Ams, and Dan decided to leave after 6th period. We went to the bank where we considered stealing lollipops and then proceeded to the A&P where we purchased root beer, fires, and some disgusting potato things Courtney eats (freak). We saw Rox's mom and all had to run and hide. I don't know why I did, she has no idea who I am. We went back to my house to eat and I spent the entire time afraid my dad would come home and attempt to kill me (however, talked to both parents last night and I can now have people over when no one's home). After escaping my house Alias style we went to Dan's to do some more hanging out. Outside we found a pick-axe (I think that's what it's called) and Courtney and I had a contest to see who could make a bigger hole (I won of course). At one point we saw a car and thought it was a cop, but it turned out to be a taxi. So I decided to sling the pick-axe over my shoulder and strut down the road singing a mining song (the driver appeared to be freaked out, mission accomplished). We read Medwid's live journal in Dan's room and Courtney appeared miffed because apparently Medwid does not want to stick it up her "pop shoot". Then, somehow, Courtney and I deepthroated root beer bottles (Reynolds owes us money for that). It was getting late so we decided to head back to school to say goodbye to the teachers we like.
I got a picture with Spellman, coolest English teacher ever despite her abysmal performance at Simpson's Jeopardy. Then we all got pictures with Ms. Fine and Yurus. Talked to Yurus for a while and thanked him for class last year. He finally explained the appearance of Lietchenstein to me (which is good because I'd been losing sleep). Yurus said he seriously considered singing "Pianoman" with us at Prom, if he had it would have been infinitely more awesome. We stole food from the Social Studies office while Yurus chanted "I see nothing, I see nothing". Good times. Then we parted ways to meet at the movies later.
Went to Ams' house, her and Cat jumped in the lake. Ams and I talked which was good because things were getting weird and now everything's cool. Her mom conscripted us for more labor, then we finally left for the movies. Harry Potter 3 sucked. Which in itself sucks because Prisoner of Azkaban was my favorite book in the series so far. Ron Weasley and pointless bird deaths were the only good parts. I did enjoy making snide comments to Brenna throughout the film as we both hated it from the beginning. Nothing was explained, it seemed extremely disjointed, and a lot of things from the book were left out (such as Wood, damn he's hot). One question for Courtney: You saw the movie already, why didn't you tell us it sucked? Oh well, at least making fun of it afterwards was amusing. Ams' has the best quotes in her journal, but Courtney also feel over at one point and Brenna explained why she doesn't like it when black people touch her (she's not racist, the story is a bit complicated). Then we parted ways again and Ams drove me home. Talked to my mom about having people over, got a twenty from her for no apparent reason (WTF?), and went to sleep early.
Who knows what adventures shall follow now that out time at glorious BHS is at an end? It doesn't feel like summer yet and I don't think I've fully realized high school is over. Time to become a functioning member of society. Shit!
