West Palm Va-Ca
Just got back from West Palm Beach.
West Palm Beach-(noun)the unglamorous version of Orlando if you've ever been to both.
Aw man what a trip that was!
The point of the whole thing was to see Chad my older brother play a basketball game for NorthWood against Nova. Unfortunately they lost and Chad was really hard on himself about it because he missed three shots and a free-throw and was hardly given the ball. He was depressed after the game and alittle on Sunday too; you could say I felt bad...okay really bad he's my brother after all. But I hoping he's feeling better now.
The ride there was fun. My 4 year old nephew, Dayn tagged with us because we had to drop him off at his aunt's who lived in Fort Lauderdale while his dad, Ryan (the oldest of my brothers) met us there. He was actually quite good there for the ride he is cute when he's not acting like a little brat. The funniest part of the ride was when we sang to Guns N'Roses Greatest Hits.
"That....song...was AWESOME!" -Dayn, after he head banged and air guitared to "Welcome to the Jungle."
Note: Take a piss before going through Alligator Alley or your screwed for 15 miles of a full bladder and no reststops.
We stayed a hotel called the Comfort Inn where a Jehovah Witness convention was staying.
I know its a hotel but...COME ON! JEHOVAH'S!? ARE THEY FREAKING INSANE!?!?
They stared at me like mind control trying to convince me to join them!
Thank God I could only resist them for so long...
Anywayz after that experience on Sunday we went to this church with the most ticked off priest you could meet. We ate lunch at the Cheese Cake Factory. I ate a Chocolate Tuxedo Cream cheese cake it was sooooo goood!!!
The ride back was okay, my little brother, Luke was being a pain though.
OOO! I'm so freaking happy I skipped out on career day! I finally found and bought my sought after vinyl record of Appetite for Destruction! It was such a shock! I didn't expect to find it at all and it now resides on my dresser! ^_^
I love it sooo much!
