As often the case, I was wrong. This time about how long I would be home before returning to Ohio. This trip home was only for five days. All I wanted to do was sleep, but it has been a busy few days with the kids, Mike, the dogs, the garden, work, and getting my laundry done so I can turn around and go back.
I spent a glorious two days on the beach, enjoying the water, sun and sand. We needed to go before the oil arrives on our shores. We also spent the better part of a day at Myakka.
I managed to find a couple of hours to spend with my photographer mentor, Jason. We worked on avoidance of auto settings....I have so much to learn to be a decent amateur but I am appreciative of the time and lessons.
