Working is a bitch
I picked up a job at a company that's sort of like a country club without a golf course. It's run by the university of my town, but since I'm not a student, i have to pay for parking! it really sucks ass, because I also had to pay for my uniform and I'm not getting enough hours at work, putting me in the red, for now. Quid pro quo, I guess? The only reason why I want to stay is because 1.) free food and 2.) networking.. It's hella difficult finding a job in my college town if you aren't already a student here, and the only way one really knows about good openings is through other people. Working sucks.
