Month of May
Wow its been a long time since I've posted on this blog. It's hard to get the computer away from mommy. I could get up at night and use it, but I'm usually too tired. But speaking of night, guess what?! Sometimes I get to sleep on the bed with mommy. I really like that! It doesn't happen all the time though.
This month we've done a lot of the same stuff that we usually do, but there have been some different things. One of them is that we are now going to a class on Tuesday nights for puppies in training to become service dogs. I'm not sure why mom is taking me to this class since I already am a working guide dog. She says its got something to do with my dog distraction issues. At the class I work on obedience and try to talk to the other dogs, but I get in trouble. The neat thing about the class is that I get treats when I am good there. They are really good. They taste sort of like my food. Oh that's another difference - I eat a new food now. I had to switch foods because my ears keep getting infected and the vet thinks I have allergies. I do not like ear infections or getting ear drops!
One day a couple weeks ago we did a very different thing. We took the bus out to Treasure Island where mommy's parents, my grandma and grandpa live. We'd been there before and gone for walks. We took a walk around the island that afternoon. When evening came, we did not go home. We slept there at night. It was very different not being at my home. I wasn't scared because mommy was there.
I think that's all the differentness that has happened.
