Day Three~*

Sep 07, 2008 15:44

Our main lady-guide-person (I don't really know what to call them!) was sick today so my sister and I didn't get any seven eleven snacks and the day wasn't as fun. She really made the trip interesting ^^ It was sad that she was sick..especially considering the outside air temperature.
But anyways, on we went with our look and see.
We went over to look at more houses but we weren't interested at all. They were too small for our large amount of furniture we have. It really is horrible when looking for a new house because we are always looking to see how we will arrange furniture and who gets what room and such things! Haha, but I get the second largest room for being the older sister! *puffs chest out with pride* It got really sticky going from house to house because they had no air conditioning on when we went and they were much hotter than the outside air. My feet got so dirty from lookin at houses because we had to take our shoes off even at this dirty house. -_- But it is nice when the floor is refresingly made out of stone, which is the case with the house close to the school.

Anyways, after FINALLY finishing looking at houses we decided it was time to chill by having lunch. Thus we went to this mall called central festival...IN WHICH I FOUND TWO HELLO KITTY PHONES BUTI HAVE NO IDEA IF THEY HAVE A CAMERA SO I NEED TO CHECK AND FIND THEM ONLINE! Yay, my dream of having a hello kitty phone isn't so crazy after all! It is an adorable phone the one I want, but at the time we were looking at the phones we were alone and the people at the store only spoke Thai. I need to learn thai soon ka!
Really badly ka!
Haha, I shall show you my amazing counting skills! neung, song, saam, si, ha, hok, jet, part (or something like that), gao, and sip. Since these words don't have an actual version on how they are written in the alphabet (cause thais have these squigles that I won't learn to read since it takes like..3 or so years to do so) so I just wrote them out as they sound. ^^ So there!

Anyways. WE ATE AT THIS AMAZING JAPANESE RESTAURANT CALLED FUJI. FUJI WAS SO GOOD!

We sat on a booth, but the seat area was covered in carpet and then there were little cushions on top of that, just like if we were sitting on the floor! and the decoration was amazing. They had a lot of mirrors and these fake bamboo things. They also had a lot of shiney lights. I regret not having my camera with me..but I shall return there someday! Hopefully soon because the food was so good. There was so much variety  didn't know what to choose, so I just went with the tempura meal.
It included, 5 tempura pieces, rice, miso soup, this weird salad thingy, more small plate of this fried...thing, fresh fruit, and a complementary cold drink, I got iced coffee, yuummmy! All of that for 200 baht. One Aussie dollar equals 28 or so baht. You do the math.
Anyways, it is CHEAP AND GOOD!

Then came the hospital. You see the monster in the picture? Yes? Well, they gave us a complete tour of it. IT LOOKS LIKE A HOTEL INSIDE NO KIDDING! The hospital rooms look like a hotel room only with a hospital bed, that is the only difference. Inside the bathroom they have the little soaps and shampoo. They have a mini FRIDGE and a sitting area for people visiting. There is a mini kitchen with a table and chairs and there is a baclony. Just in case the patient wants to kill themselves, haha, no, just joking. But there is one, with a nice view too!
The place is so new and clean *_* I was like woah! They even have a restaurant and gift shop area. In which I must say, they sell huge hello kitty plushies. When I get sick I shall expect one from my family, hehe ^^ The hospital tour people gave a gift too! Its a paper holding tray thing. My sis got one too and my parents got a mini silk blanket for one person. A SILK BLANKET!

The hospital from the outside. They have one in Bangkok which is why it says Bangkok Hospital Pattaya

OMG, how cool are their little nurse hats?! I was like: "yays for the hats!"
The hats are the bomb! I was sqeeing whe I saw the reception lady had it on ^^

Man, this post is so boring. Sorry for the lack of pictures! But carrying the camera got on my nerves. If I had known we would eat at a cool place and visit an amazing hospital I would have taken photos. You have to wait until I get sick to get them. haha. n_n
Sawadeeka!
Now I'm off to finish studyig for a Bio test. Great timing I must say! Lets have a huge Bio test the day after I get back-ish! Just what I always wanted! *bwaaaaaaaaaaaaah* I no longer have to do a huge two books comparative essay though.

look and see, thailand
