So the adventure of Evelin continues on day two.
Now, the beds were really amazin to sleep in so little Evelin was refreshed and ready to take on another day of house hunting and lookig at school. THE school I will go to. Before we left though, it started to rain so muuuuuuuuuuuuuch it was pouring down rain. We took a picture of us posing with the rain but it fails to be seen V_V.
I has no pictures of it at the moment. Anyways, the school is called Regents School. It swears it is really international but when I looked at the list of teachers, 90% or more were British.
I think there will be more variety within the student body though...at least there will be 2 other Mexicans, but they are not close to my year level.
*shakes fists in anger*
The school is SO BIG OMG. But my uniform looks like a secretary. Ok, so its a creamy leg hugging skirt and a white pointy blouse that just hangs out. LAME. It is the *special* I.B. uniform that is just...bleh. Man! I looked like a maid here in Australia and now secretary in Thailand!
After meeting with the school we went and ate some Thai food *no ways!*
This is Renu and Nina, our amazing and cool people that showed us around and mah family.
Anyways, we then looked at a compound that is owned by the school so its right behind it. ^^ I would be driven to school by a golf cart on rainy days and walk there on normal days. The school starts at 8:45 as well SO I CAN NOW SLEEP IN, haha! Bet you wana be me now!
We hope really really badly we can get the house. This is our choice and now we are just waiting for the confirmation on Monday. Wah! Its a lovely Thai styled house and I took lots an lots of pictures of it. So, enjoy:
This is the main entrance.
The pool with the currently non working mini elephants and waterfall.
This...thing for the chairs ^^
OMG LOOK AT OUR ROOF! I fell in love with it!
This is the kitchen
and the TV/eating area
Those two towers are the entrances, how cool ya?
That building at the back is part of the school. So big, see see?
After looking at this we yet again went looking at...something.
I can't remember, let me think...OH YEAH! We went to the Carrefour, which is the supermarket. We also had it in Brazil so it was fun going in there. It is two stories high. TWO! On the first floor there are random stalls, the bakery, some hair place, a movie rental place, a phone company stall, some random shoes and jewerly and that is all I can remember at the moment. Upstairs they had this HELLO KITTY STALL! Yet again my mom refused to buy me anything *weep*. There were also a couple of stall and stores, such as these shoes and clothes stores. The main body of the supermarket is up there too. We found tortillas. It was salvation.
Mexicans without tortillas are not happy Mexicans. So, we looked around and found many yummy things and of course, a huge variety of hello kitty products. There was this huggggggggggge wall filled only with fish sauce too. The fruits are so fresh and I encountered the BIG Japanese apple. I want it still. It is huge man, it shall be my breakfast, lunch, and din din...or not. Anyways. It was fun and exciting.
I shall have fun going shopping for food...you may be wondering what kind of a sad creature I am for getting all excited about going food shopping...but shut up! Its fuuuuuuuuuuuun!!! <3 <3 <3 *prepy hair flip*
Then we headed back to the hotel without any hello kitty food products...and ended up going back to da mall in the afternoon ^^
