My offer on the house was accepted.
The paperwork is in progress and I am calling my dollars to gather around me. I don't have a closing date yet, but should in about 2 weeks (find out the date, not close). The house is awesome and 127 years old. I now own a creepy basement. XD
The dinning room is the biggest room in the house and there is also an eat-in kitchen. yay! It has a nice fenced backyard for Mr. Yuki. There is even a little playhouse that I will be converting into a potting shed.
Recently I am intensely into Chowder on Cartoon Network.
