I put in an offer for a house today.  Hopefully this will be the one.  It's a government owned home so there's no possibility of counter offers, it's a one shot deal.  If my offer is the highest, I will win.  It's been pretty stressful trying to decide a bid price.  The house is priced pretty low for the condition and the comparable prices in the neighborhood are all over the place since the housing market is nuts.  I will know by tuesday if I get it.

I love the house. 
  It has a creepy basement.  XD
