Ahhhh
Tonight has been a quiet evening of taking care of business. I bought my ticket to go to a good friend's wedding in New Orleans in the middle of july and hunted around to get a really good deal, so that was very satisfying.... i guess that that is the only business I've taken care of:-) Next I"m going to take care of garden state:-)
I gave my notice to babyj's family, and it went very smoothly. Though I could tell they were upset they didn't berate me, or worse, cry, and after it was done with I felt much better. But the friendly energy between us has changed a little, and that makes me sad.
Tomorrow I go to day 2 of internship! I had a brief memory lapse and had a happy lurch of "hooray, a day of tomorrow" before I remembered that I get to go be an intern at the smithsonian. I get free tickets to the planetarium, and a free ticket to the imax! Maybe I'll go to an imax show tomorrow night!!!!
