Pluots!
I've been absolutely scarfing the pluot jam that I received from aelfsciene!tamago. I didn't lift a finger to preserve *any* pluots this year despite my normal love for them, because the pluot stalls are always rather busy and I've been tired when I shop, so this jam, a wonderful consistency and balance of sweet and tart, is a particular treasure. GF English muffins, almond butter, and a nice thick topping of pluot jam, mmmmm.
