Which means my blogging rate will now slow again to every few months. Hey, it's busy out there! :-)
It wasn't for a full day just yet. I had PT this morning, but since I was able to get a parking space in the garage in I went this afternoon. Good thing I had parking! There was NO street parking out there at all - snow was piled up so high that visibility in intersections was very bad, and the roads were narrowed to narrowed traffic lanes. The few people who made it to work were full of horror stories; commuting apparently took a long time today. Going in after 1pm made my drive pretty easy, though :)
FWIW I'm still weak and sore, but I am definitely getting better. And I'm going to keep doing my PT and my walking to keep that going. In a lot of ways I'm very fortunate - I know a lot of people who deal with chronic pain issues, and that's something I'm not going to have to deal with. And it does give me an understanding of what people with arthritis, fibromyalgia or other diseases live with on a daily basis.
I hadn't been to work since January 14, and if I hadn't been to work today it would have been over a month out of the office. For some reason that really bothered me, so I really wanted to get in today if I could. I'm glad it worked out. The support staff went to bat for me with the parking office and came through big time! :D
Oh, one more thing before I head to bed: I hope you all had a
