What clever text? Kat is incapable of that )
Neku's moment of irritation was washed away by relief at the simple realization that he was sharing space with the Composer. That he wasn't totally insane, because here he was, and passersby were starting to give them odd looks, old ladies commenting on the adorable dressed-alike-twins and their friend.
"Josh... and... Josh. Do I even want to ask?" He grumbled in mock irritation. They were both looking at him kind of weird, and he couldn't fight a blush that blazed across his features- he felt a little bit like someone who was on the menu at a meal, rather than being invited to it as a guest.
The Proxy did relax a bit though, and reached up awkwardly to reassure that he wasn't losing his mind. He felt at Joshua's with his fingertips- brushed over his lips, and then stepped away from the soft pressure of the Composer's chin on his shoulder. He moved so that he could look at them both at once- again reassessing his sanity.
"Okay. So I'm gonna ask. Why are there two of you? And why the hell haven't I seen you in ... what, two weeks?"

A softy, airy giggle left the Composer's lips as he tossed his other what could only be classified as a furtive giggle. He never particularly remembered his own self as being touchy, but then again, when did he ever pay mind to his own habits? When had he really gotten a chance to view his own habits like this, outside of a mirror? How peculiar.
"What a shame, assuming we're here for something," Joshua began, feigning a pout as he began twirling his hair about on his index finger. "Perhaps we simply missed you," he finished, tossing Neku a condescending smile.
He passed a look to Yoshiya. "What say you? Are you as offended as I am over this .. speculation?"

But he, too, frowned, and a light blush formed over his cheeks.
"Ne-ku-kun. I thought you were waiting here for me. Do you want us to leave?"
Internally, he was laughing hysterically, but his expression was downright miserable. Only his other self might have noticed the delighted sparkle in his eyes.

"No, I don't want you to leave." And so if he knew he was waiting here for him... Neku looked at the other Joshua, irritated that his questions hadn't been answered. But what was new about that?
"Did you...Hear me? All of those times since then that I've been talking to you..." It was embarrassing, but whatever. It was something he was curious about, and right now, he didn't know what to do with himself. He was glad to see him. He wanted to talk to him about so many things... But he was also confused, and still a bit angry about everything.
The Proxy was trying to hold himself together, but his face was certainly showing the war of emotions going on in his mind and heart.

"Perhaps he was waiting for someone else~?" Joshua teased, shooting his other a cryptic, scandalous look. He then shifted his gaze back to Neku, sparkling and downright licentious.
He figured it wasn't his place to answer Neku's question. Not here.
"Or are we wrong, Ne-ku?"

He flicked at Neku's left speaker playfully before moving away from him to stand beside his other self, giggling softly. Heard him. Yes. But, like the other Joshua, going down to meet him had not been an option.
"Right, Neku-kun?"
Reply
"Whatever. Alright. So you're here. Now what?" It was less nasty then just coming out and asking what he wanted. Joshua was his friend, and he trusted him-erm... them. Even if he hadn't forgiven them.
More than anything... Neku couldn't forgive him for leaving him behind. The Proxy was relaxing a bit even then though. It was comfortable talking to them, even if they were eying him like predators. It was better than him not seeing him at all.

"I'll leave that up to my doppelganger. After all, this is ~his~ world," Joshua explained. His gaze passed to Neku, and with a slight snicker, he reached out and flicked the small patch of skin between Neku's brows.
"Cheer up, would you, hm?"

Instead, Yoshiya stood beside his other self, delicate fingers pinching a lock of silver hair and moving it away from his other's ear. His lips were close to the soft shell when he spoke, his volume quiet, but just loud enough for Neku to hear, if he was reeeally listening.
"Shall we lighten up the mood in our dreary throne room~?"
Reply
Damn. That was a problem. Even if he could keep an eye on both of them, he couldn't do anything.
"Okay. What are you planning? Your throne room?" He said the word as though it left a bad taste in his mouth. Neku remembered the last time he'd been in that place... They weren't happy memories.
"What do you want from me?" He asked, addressing them both.
