* the 18th anniversary of the (American) release of halo eight: the downward spiral by nin.
* Gary Numan turns 54.
* it's International Womens' Day.
* also the 18th anniversary of the (American) release of Superunknown by Soundgarden.

Just made it to Patrick Avenue, Castle Hill right on my Birthtime...then to outside house number 7 a minute later.

I should knock on the door to see the hallway I was born in...but it seems too early on a Saturday and I feel awkward about it.

Another afternoon of weekly spinal adjustments followed by first day of 5 minutes traction, which is basically lying backwards with your head upside down.
