On the good news front, the button project is done. Last night I finished the 100th button. (I know it's 100 exactly, because I made 17 sheets of 6 each (to make 102)... and screwed two of 'em up.) Just as with years past, there are 6 designs, each with multiple color choices. Everyone should find something they don't hate. I've already pulled mine out of the bag, so I'll be taking 99 buttons to the Kick-off on Saturday.
Girls Night In Radio canceled last night's live podcast. Or, more accurately, they postponed it. Two of the three Girls are under the weather, as is the daughter of one of them. There was no way they'd be able to do the regular show. See? I'm an understanding fan.
Glee via Hulu was good. It was the Rocky Horror show. Since the music is what I actually like about Rocky Horror, I liked the episode. I'm considering watching the movie again one day, but I remember being less than impressed when I watched it back in high school.
I also watched UnderCovers. It wasn't the best episode so far, but it was pretty enjoyable. I liked that their sidekick/handler got a little more to do.
Pandora is evil. And wonderful. I use it to write in November, and I was using it last night to entertain me while I made buttons.
I spent the latter part of the evening composing some Challenge-related stuff, including my private message to Caeraerie (who created a tracking website for the Challenge) and some email replies to Emily. I managed to compose the Challenge Welcome email yesterday during lunch, so that's off the list too. Next step: The spreadsheet, plus gathering the user ID numbers of all of the Challengers. These numbers are what I'll need to manage things on Caeraerie's page. (This year he's giving the coordinators control over the rosters. That rocks.)
I think that's all for today, Dear Journal. NaNoWriMo excitement is building, but activity is as non-existent as ever. I'll keep you posted on the progress I make.
