Essays...gross
I have 3 essays due in like the next 2 weeks, and 2 of them I have no clue what to write about. The third is due tonight and it's going fairly well, I just need to go finish it. It's comparing and contrasting the Revolutionary War with Vietnam. I never realized how similar they are. In Vietnam though we were England and Vietnam was us. There was even a Benedict Arnold (you know, the guy who betrayed us to England? He gave them the plans to West Point so that they could take it...in case you missed that in US History AP...figured you did, I did lol). Anyways, in Vietnam Benedict Arnold was none other than Jane Fonda. Who knew? I had never heard that before but it's true. She gave the Vietcong like personal files of soldiers, many of which were undercover and they were all tortured to death. Who knew?
I am still really enjoying that class. Yes, the tests are long and hard, but with some studying they aren't that bad. He makes it interesting in class, and unlike V, I can take fantabulous notes off the man, anyone can if you write fast enough and keep up. And after the test he gives us a chance to write down any little tidbit he has mentioned during lecture that isn't on the test. Each tidbit is worth 1 point and we can write an unlimited amount of them. I wrote 36 on this last test, which was handy because I found myself guessing on a lot of things. (Mostly because I didn't read the chapter...Oops)(I tried though I swear...put me to sleep). Psych is going well too. We have a test in there Monday. I got a 98 on the first one, and a 95 on the first essay. I need 720/800 points for an A. So far so good! So anyways, I think that's all I have to say right now. Love yall!
