"you've got questions, we've got answers..." what a lame slogan

what am i supposed to do?
how do you get over people? do you ever really get over people? how do you find a balance between figuring out who you are and functioning in reality? how do you stop feeling irrational feelings? how do you convince your heart of what your head knows is true? how are you supposed to walk through life like everything is ok when you are really just freaking out? how do you talk to people you don't know very well? how do you hold on to that kairos-y feeling when every part of you rebels against it? how do you know what is real? how the hell are you supposed to cultivate your goddamn garden when you don't know WHY you need to cultivate that garden? how do you let go of the need for control in your life? why do i feel like i have to be figured out right now? why is it that i know from a rational stand point that i dont have to have all the answers, that simply asking the questions is enough, why can i say this and know it is true while at the same time i cannot for the life of me believe it? why is it more common for me to be stressing out than actually functioning? why is it that every time i learn how to handle myself, i change and then i can't handle how i feel? why do i have to be in this constant state of discomfort? why am i so freaking bad at being uncomfortable? why is it that i always believe there is something wrong with me when im freaking out when i know that my life is actually a series of freak outs with random moments of contentness thrown in there for some color? why do i ask all these questions and genuinely expect an answer when i know that all i'll get is an unsatisfying "let it be"? God, you suck.
