A New Plan

I made a tasty wrap today. I started with a whole wheat wrap and spread jalepeno hummus on it and added lettuce, red peppers, cheese, and tzatziki sauce. Yummmm. forgot to take a picture, didn't look nearly as good as it tasted anyways.

I'm gonna start eating more regularly again. Lately I have been eating at crazy weird times with no real plan or anything. I suppose this is partly because classes have ended and my schedule is almost non-existent. I think if I start getting up and eating breakfast at the same time each day I can go from there.... have a snack a few hours later....then lunch followed by another snack a few hours later and then dinner. Maybe I'll make myself do stuff...go places... so that I have commitments and the hours won't all blend together into another uneventful day. I'm excited for this, maybe I'll plan what I'll eat and do tomorrow. I want to make sure all the perishable foods get eaten because I am leaving in a few days (omg only 2 more!!!!) and I hate wasting food, it always makes me feel bad.

Yes. That's the plan - to make a plan :) sweeeeet

I think the regular eating thing will be tricky once Christmas is in full swing, but that's okay, i'll start off the day eating good and go from there.

ps. I LOVE toasted pita bread with hummus and tzatziki
