It's nice to know that I still get paralyzed with fear when I have to phone call someone I don't know. /sigh In the meantime, I'll continue to postpone this phone call I have to make to the person who is in charge of the dove release for my wedding.

Today, tomorrow, and part of Friday are the last days that I am spending here in Blacksburg before Rob's spring break. Then next week, we will be spending spring break in Maryland, getting wedding stuff taken care of. My shower is on Sunday, where there will be massive amounts of estrogen. I am scared for my life. I was on the phone with a representative from one of the reception sites that we are looking at. When I told her the date, she informed me that May 19th falls on Preakness Weekend, and that I might want to move the date because it is going to be hard to get rooms for out of town guests. Today my mother and I visited another bridal gown store. It was huge! There were so many dresses. I picked out ten of them to try on. I decided that I did not like five of them, but the other five were written down as favorites, and I'll have to come back later to try them on again. One of those five I really, really adore. Today my mother and I visited 1.15 bridal gown stores (we were only at the second one for about 20 minutes before it had to close, so it doesn't fully count). I tried on six gowns and I liked two of them. We still have a lot of stores to go to and I have a lot more gowns to try on. We finally have a date set. The wedding will be on May 19, 2007, at 2pm.

Now to do the rest of the preparations.
